I have heard of pH balancing the system through foods and it does work. Dark greens like kale and spinach are excellent for doing this. I also love using coconut oil for everything. It is great for detoxing the system and one of the best natural moisturizers in the world. I also love chia seeds for all the nutrients and minerals. I eat those on a daily basis. I swear by them. People assume they can get great bodies without proper diet, which may be the case for some, but rarely can you achieve a fit body through exercise alone.
